CH & I will be here for the week polishing stainless while also learning more about wort production. The process from grains to pint glass. The nights will be spent enjoying the Denver beer scene. There are 190 breweries in this state alone. We are looking at brewing setups along the way. The goal being to foster a community of brewers who share the same passion. Returning to Dallas I will be hard pressed not to brew on my own tiny system.
